Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in AURA, APEX, and LWC (Lightning Web Components) to join our dynamic development team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in AURA, APEX, and LWC will be essential in creating scalable and high-quality applications that meet our business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
Develop custom Salesforce applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, and other related technologies, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Customize Salesforce platform features, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports, to meet business needs.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, performing bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on AURA, APEX, and LWC.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security concepts.
Proficiency in APEX programming language and familiarity with Visualforce pages and controllers.
Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and utilizing the Lightning Component Framework.
Experience with declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
Knowledge of source control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
