    As a receptionist you represent the companyto both present and potential clientele. Special Needs school basedin Banjara Hills Hyderabad is looking for a front desk executive.
    Requirements
    • Apleasant personality well groomed appearance and good work ethic.
    • Good communication skills.
    • At least 1 year of experience in an officeenvironment.
    • Knowledge of computers includingproficiency in MS Office programs like Word Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of MS Access is desirable.

    Responsibilities
    • Greetvisitors and provide them with the information theyrequire.
    • Answer screen and forward phone callsand provide basic information.
    • Receive and sortdaily mail/ deliveries.
    • Update appointmentcalendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
    • Collect payments issue receipts and reconcilepetty cash at the end of every day
    • Performother clerical duties such as filing photocopying collating faxingetc.
