• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data integration and ETL development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Talend including design, development, and implementation.
• Proven track record of working with Redshift and Kafka in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in Talend or relevant technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
