- Answering customer queries and offering suggestions based on their needs and preferences.
- Processing customer payments using cash registers, credit card machines, or other payment methods.
- Wrapping, packing, and delivering glass items to customers or arranging for delivery services.
- Handling customer complaints, returns, exchanges, or refunds in a polite and professional manner.
- Following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment when handling glass items.
- Checking inventory levels and reporting any shortages or damages to the store manager or supervisor.
- Assisting with the receipt, inspection, and storage of new shipments of glass items.
- Creating and maintaining attractive and appealing displays of glass items in the store.
