Futuresafe Technologies, having a long-term agreement with US-based SiteRecon Inc, requires an Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts). Your responsibilities will
include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns and payroll management.
You will also be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business operations.

Although our technology applies to a lot of applications especially related to the site-based operations industry, our Primary market is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection reconciliation.
GST Returns and compliances including monthly, quarterly, annual filings and GST refund claims.
Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trials Balance, Accounting/Scrutiny of Depreciation, Assets Register
Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and review classification and booking of all transactions / to maintain books of accounts (book-keeping).
Payment reconciliation with all Sales TeamsBanking, treasury operations & Handling, petty Cash (if any) Records,
Inviting Tenders/ Quotation and Purchase Orders and concurrence thereoff.
Maintain Sales-Purchase/ Receipts-Payments Registers & maintain them in books.
Employee Payroll - salary preparation and payment
Compliances related to Income Tax /Employee and Vendor TDS , PF ESI
Compliance, challans, payments/deposits as required under the law
Foreign remittances and RBI related clearances
Handling all GST & Income Tax work.
Payrolls, EPFO, ESI payments and labour compliance aspects, Prepare Salary Statement etc. Issuing Advices to bank, Issuance of TDS /Form 16 certificates,etc
Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.
Audits & Documentation for Board ApprovalProficient for working in Tally, ERP/SAP, Fox-pro, Quickbooks etc.
To ensure filing of ROC Compliances in time.
Company's Payroll management- Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.
Addressing employee grievances regarding payroll and other communications as and when required.Manage a team of 2 executives that helps with operational work.
Run reports for CXOs and suggest cost and revenue optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in accounting/ finance (with CA inter) and relevant experience
2-3 years of experience in case of CA candidates
4-6 years proven work experience in case of Accounting /Finance or for CA Inter candidates
Good analytical and critical thinking
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively. Decision-Making Skills under pressure.
Should have been associated with strategic decision-making processes
Should be capable of assisting/supporting various inter-company functions and processes
Required skills:
Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments
Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
Leadership and management skills and interpersonal skills.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Assistant Account Manager, or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software. Proficient for working in Tally, QuickBooks and other accounting software's.
Compliances related to GST, Income Tax, RBI, ROC obligations of the Company
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Exposure to US sales tax etc
