    This, challenging position draws heavily upon all of the creative, negotiating, and interpersonal skills essential for business development of chemicals in a highly competitive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Ø Identify, develop new businesses opportunities and successfully convert prospects into customers.

    Ø Ability to constantly generate good quality leads and persistently pursue.

    Ø Customer retention and maintain strong relationships with client base built.

    Ø Promote and sell our product portfolio, and negotiate sales contracts.

    Ø Documenting and reporting market information in a clear and structured manner to management.

    Ø Designing a balanced portfolio that builds on our strengths as a company with in line with the global procurement network as well as our local logistical strengths.

    Ø Interfacing daily with internal departments to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner and to provide a first-class service to all customers.

    Ø Availability to travel to client sites as needed across the country.

    Profile:

    Ø A bachelor's degree in chemistry, business administration, logistics or international trade.

    Ø 3+ years of relevant working experience in the PAN India Sales with proven records on Indent and distribution sales acrossdomestic India market for Home, Personal Care, Human, Animal and Crop Nutrition and various other verticals .

    Ø Experience and ability to work in an international environment, with prior experience or knowledge in an international trade and supply chain environment being a benefit.

    Ø Deep understanding of PAN India market with good network.

    Ø Eager to learn and acquire knowledge in view of longer-term career prospects.

    Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

    Ø Experience with a trading & distribution company, a production company or an end-user preferred.

    Ø Highly driven and organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Ø Top notch client management skills with outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure an optimal relationship with both internal and external contacts.
