    Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Specialist


    As a key member of the Clerk-Tech team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
    • Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, carousels, and written posts
    • Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh, fun, and relevant
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
    • Plan and manage content calendars and schedule posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
    • Collaborate on campaign ideas, product launches, and promotions
    • Analyze performance using insights and analytics to optimize content and strategy
    • Assist with email marketing, basic website content updates, and light graphic design if needed
    • Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes, hashtags, and best practices

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
    • Strong understanding of each platform's audience, tools, and tone
    • Experience with short-form video (Reels, TikToks) – editing, captions, music syncing, etc.
    • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write clear, compelling content
    • A creative thinker who can generate new ideas and push boundaries
    • Organized, proactive, and self-driven with great time management

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing and will be able to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
