    Role/Job Title:
    Java Tech Lead for Cloud Native Platform

    Location:
    Remote (WFH)

    Education:
    Any Engineering Graduate like

    We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Java Tech Lead to join our Cloud Native Platform team. We are looking for someone who aims to advance to a Tech Architect role in the future.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and delivering Cloud Native applications and services.
    • Develop technical specifications and architecture for new applications and services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform quality, scalability, and reliability.
    • Coach and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and advance their careers.
    • Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
    • Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives).
    • Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the platform continuously.
    • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of Java development experience, with a solid background in Cloud Native technologies and architecture.
    • Experience leading Java developer teams in designing and developing Cloud Native applications and services.
    • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and patterns, as well as RESTful API design principles.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with Spring Framework and related technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.
