We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Xylem Learning.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

You will work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring high-quality visuals and storytelling.
• Apply color correction, sound design, special effects, and motion graphics as needed.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to achieve creative goals.
• Optimize video content for different platforms.
• Manage and organize video assets and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends.
• Ensure brand consistency in all video content.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Ability to work with both short-form and long-form video content.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and pacing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media trends and video marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO for video content.
