Job Overview

IT Operations Management role at Cotton Concepts (CC), responsible for managing and optimizing the technology infrastructure and systems of the company. This includes overseeing network operations, hardware and software maintenance, data management, IT support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT processes. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations management and possess a strong knowledge of various IT systems and technologies. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of network operations, hardware and software systems, and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated business process management and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in sales management and working with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and new process implementation
• Relevant certifications in IT operations and management will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the technology infrastructure and systems of the company
• Oversee network operations, hardware and software maintenance, and data management
• Provide IT support to all employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT processes and systems
