Job Description:

• 10+ years of Application Development experience with HighJump/Koerber. A significant portion of this experience must be as a developer, worked on Webwise, HighJump Advantage Architect Coding.
• Must be able to write MS SQL stored procedures and user-defined functions.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio preferred
• MS SQL Server administration & query performance optimization skills preferred.
• Experience managing source code repository and maintaining a version control system (experience with TFS a plus)
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Familiarity with SSRS Reporting
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications.
• Collaborate with other developers, database administrators, and system administrators to integrate HighJump application with other systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, coding standards, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, data migration, and software deployment activities.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage the team's workload and ensure that projects are completed on time.
• Identify and develop the team's strengths and weaknesses and provide opportunities for professional growth.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HighJump/Koerber Application.
• Familiar with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Understanding of software version control systems, such as TFS or Git.
• Certification in HighJump or MS SQL related technologies would be an added advantage.
