As a Software Test Lead on our team, you'll work with software that rewrites the rules of what's possible in the pursuit of making transportation safer, greener and more connected.

In your daily job you will:

Test Development and execution in the Automotive Infotainment Domain, Telematics, ClusterDesign, implement and maintenance of test benches for testing Automotive productsConstantly improve the test design and increase the test automation levelUnderstanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement AnalysisTest design, test case generation and test execution on the hardware in loop bench setupTest reporting, defect tracking and supportive functionsDefine and track KPI for successful Integration & Test scope (ASPICE SWE.5 & SWE.6) with multiple SW scrum teamsDrive any failures related to build/smoke test/ integration tests to resolutionPlan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targetsTest Bench supportAbility to drive the team for test automation of SWE.5 and SWE.

6Regularly attend customer meetings and test drives (including multi-day)

Local support of prototype vehicle setups Acceptance drives of systems for test vehiclesYour Background:

• 3 years of experience as a Test LeadBachelor's degree completed. Master's degree (Optional)Hands on experience in Python Programming, C, CAPL, Tcl/tk, LABVIEW, Test StandKnowledge of software test design, execution, quality process, and testing documentation on SWE.5 and SWE.6.Knowledge of the PDP 2.0Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Knowledge of ASPICE L3.


Knowledge of communication protocols:

CAN, LIN, and ETHERNETCertification in ISTQB (Nice to have)Hands on experience in automation of SWE.5 and SWE,6Knowledge and application of test methodology.

Experience with Automotive Infotainment, Clusters and TelematicsAnalytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel.
People management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in significant problems.
Business fluent English.
