- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build a strong brand presence.
- Develop and curate high-quality and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more, to engage the target audience and attract potential customers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
- Monitor email performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website analytics.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and/or social media ads.
- Optimize ad performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Utilize various analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports, present key findings to the team, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the web development team to update and maintain the company website.
- Ensure content accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly navigation.
- Identify potential partnerships, influencers, or affiliates to enhance brand exposure and reach a wider audience.
- Conduct A/B tests on different marketing elements, such as ad copy, landing pages, and email subject lines, to optimize campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and share insights with the team to enhance overall marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency :
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective strategies.
- Social media management, content creation, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
