    Responsibilities:

    As an HR, your primary role is to align our workforce with our business objectives through effective talent management and HR strategies. You will be responsible for various aspects of HR operations and employee engagement to enhance organizational effectiveness.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Recruitment Cycle: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, and selection.

    Joining Formalities: Manage seamless onboarding and induction for new employees.

    Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a healthy workplace culture.

    Rewards & Recognition: Implement programs to recognize and reward employee contributions.

    Employee Exits: Handle exit formalities and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

    HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, including attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.

    Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engagement activities to boost morale and teamwork.

    Learning & Development: Support employee development initiatives and training programs.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Calculate and manage EPF, ESIC, and PT contributions.

    Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

    Source candidates through job portals and referrals.

    Provide policy guidance to managers and employees.

    Update managers on HR processes and policy changes.

    Contribute to HR projects, including reorganization efforts.

    Efficiently manage employee relation cases.

    Organize employee motivation activities.

    Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proactive and energetic approach to HR activities.

    Analytical and presentation skills.
