    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
    • Perform reference checks and verify employment history.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers for candidate selection.
    • Handle offer management, including negotiating compensation packages.
