Qualification:

M. Tech/M. E. Electrical or similar preferred

B. Tech/B. E. Electrical or similar minimum requirement

Experience:

Minimum 10 years experience. Minimum 5 years solar field engineering experience.

Managing Quality Assurance team

Co-ordination with Client (or representative OE), Lenders Engineers, Projects team, Design team

Review of QA documents

Knowledge of relevant Indian, International codes

Standard industry practice knowledge

Good presentation skills, report writing, emails etc

Above average communication skills

Good command on office products

Have knowledge of:

Ground Mount projects and roof top projects

Method Of Quality Assurance implementation

Planning of Inspection schedules, expectation set out

Risk Analysis

Time management towards completion expecting required quality this may include co-ordination with other team members/client/vendor etc.

Presentation to Management

Improvement suggestion/training to employees as required
