    Job Summary


    Sphera seeks an analytical Financial Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team. This role will play a critical part in understanding and optimizing recurring revenue.


    Key Responsibilities



    • Maintain detailed ARR, retention, and renewals analysis with strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

    • Perform in-depth churn and downsell tracking including maintaining database of loss reasons.

    • Analyze retention and renewals performance across multiple categories: industry vertical, geography/region, customer size.

    • Bild dashboards using PowerBI to monitor trends relating to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), retention renewal metrics worldwide accurately driven at large scales respectively adhering standard industry benchmarks great special care must be taken over this!",
