    As a Full Stack Developer, you will be leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

    What you need to do :

    • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
    • Demonstrating proficiency in Frontend technologies, including Flutter, , and Svelte.
    • Showcase expertise in Backend technologies, with a focus on GoLang, , and
    • Efficiently managing server infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
    • Overseeing the integration and optimization of payment gateways, with handson experience in Razorpay or similar platforms.
    • Implementing and managing databases, including Couchbase, Firebase, or MongoDB.
    • Taking charge of DevOps management, ensuring the smooth operation of the overall Tech and Cloud infrastructure.
    What you need to have :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 46 years of handson experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
    • Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful leadership in delivering complex technical projects.
    • Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
