    Job brief

    Looking for a talented Associate Manager - Social media to administer our social media accounts. They will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers and building a community. They will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

    As a Associate Manager - Social media, we expect them to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively as per requirement of various brands.

    Ultimately, they should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of engagement, traction with push to customer acquisition through social media.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, effectively expand audiences and increase brand awareness. Customer acquisition and engagement campaigns, increasing brand footprint

    Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

    Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

    Strategize , plan and conceptualize creative content campaigns and uploaded for Games24x7 various Apps likes Rummy, Poker & Fantasy on various channels and social media platforms [Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Thread, Telegram and other relevant platforms ( Short format platforms as and when required like MXTakaTak, Josh, Moj etc)]

    Handle campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies

    Create a Social Media Strategy for the Brand (Campaigns, targets, Ads etc.), experiment with different images and demographic combination to improve brand awareness and generate like/clicks for the projects

    Maintain posting schedules across all online platforms including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube on daily basis.

    Run YouTube spends campaign for reach and frequency / video views - Build creative campaigns for new brand/product launches, to increase community and increase conversions

    Act as the Point of contact for agency and inhouse creative resources in social media management matters

    Must handle influencer marketing campaigns as and when required on social media platforms like Youtube, facebook, Instagram, twitter & Short video apps etc

    Assist in managing the team/agency to ensure correct delegation, time management and oversee work output.

    Coordinate with external Agencies for all the ATL/BTL activities as and when required 360 degree support for social media campaigns

    Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics and optimize click-through and conversion rates. Set specific objectives and report on ROI

    Attend external and internal events and assist with social media coverage.

    Involved in reporting and digital analytics using tools/ Coordinate with agency for detailed report analysis.

    Assist with community and reputation management of social channels to ensure a good customer experience working closely with Customer Service and social agency.

    Communicate customer concerns and needs to appropriate departments. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews ( Overlook ORM for social media queries with ORM agency and Customer care team)

    Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

    Requirements

    Must have Social Media management skills:

    Proven work experience in Social media execution, familiar with all present social media platforms.

    • Must have experience in handing Spends campaign expenses, stay on budget, & achieve the given objective for facebook/ Twitter/ Insta ad manager, YouTube spends etc on experience in content management copywriting skills
    • to deliver creative/Dynamic content (text, image and video) from designer / editor/ agency
    • knowledge Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Twitter of online marketing channels with web design
    • communication skills and multitasking skills
    • knowledge of new techniques of digital marketing
    • in handling influencer marketing campaigns

    Good to have:

    • Marketing / Social Media certified course
    • degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Google Analytics & Ad Words Fundamentals
    • on how to leverage short video platforms like (Mx Player Takakat, Josh, Sharechat, Moj, Chingaari etc) for marketing.
