Successfactors Reporting Consultant

Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:

• Must have 5+ Years of experience in Reporting/People Analytics

• Should have done at least 3 end to end implementation in SF Reporting/ ORD / People Analytics experience.

• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player.

• Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations

• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Reporting/People Analytics

• Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Reporting Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.

• Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.

• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint

• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.

Must have:

• Experience in SAP Success Factors Reporting

• Any Graduate/PG with a sound industry experience of 3+ Years Mandatory

• 3 end-end Implementation in SF Reporting/People Analytics
