    Sales Project Lead



    About the Role:


    We are looking for a seasoned Sales Project Lead to drive lead-to-sales prospect flow, convert qualified leads and nurture leads that are not yet sales-ready.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Identify potential prospects and build relationships with clients
    • Negotiate sales agreements and present company offerings to potential/existing clients
    • Maintain healthy lead-to-sales prospect flow through effective communication and negotiation skills


    Requirements:


    To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:​ 

    - Bachelor's/Master's degree from any stream

    - Minimum 36 years of experience in sales within wealth management/hospitality/co-working/luxury or managed office sectors

    - Bilingual/multilingual skills will be an added advantage (optional).
