    Roles & Responsibilities

    Financial Domain knowledge especially NBFC, Borrowing, Treasury, Asset

    management companies/mutual funds, and banks.

    3-4 Years of Experience in Treasury/Operations/BFSI / Fin-tech/ Financial Services /

    Product Startup played a role in the Customer Success team either as a lead or key member

    of a CS team.

    Preferably in the Fintech areas but can come from any other Product startup with a

    customer success implementation experience.

    Ability to map requirements, identify gaps in the current process, help the

    implementation team in building those requirements and deliver to the customer.

    Lead a small team of Business Analysts and Solution Specialists to deliver the

    product adopted to the customers needs.

    Excellent Program Management skills in terms of planning, managing dependencies

    and risks, managing client expectations, and review and governance.

    Highly motivated and self-driven to work with the team to ensure customers

    requirements are captured, built, and delivered.

    Frequently interacting with the customer as well as internal teams to ensure we stay

    on top of the commitment we have given to our customers.

    Be the single point of contact for all the customer requirements both for the

    customers as well as for the organization.

    Understand the products and value proposition offered by the organization product

    and its technical capabilities to assess the feasibility of a process and the requirements of the

    customer.

    Understand the business landscape where the product operates and provide

    constructive feedback to the development/product team to improve the company offerings.

    This may involve working closely with the sales to look and build additional growth

    opportunities for the account.

    Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to help them build and enhance

    better value delivery to the customer as well as other opportunities.

    Key Skills

    Preferable to have 1-2 years of experience managing teams and/or in a project

    delivery environment

    Prior Experience of working in an enterprise setting helping customers derive value

    from the products

    Financial Domain knowledge especially NBFC, Borrowing, Treasury, Asset

    management companies/mutual funds, and banks.

    Excellent logical, analytical, and mathematical skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    B.E/B.Sc./BCA (preference to IT) degree.

    Excellent knowledge/grasp of Microsoft Excel and SQL will be needed.

    Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

    Accountability and personal organization are essential

    Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company

    standards

    Extremely passionate about customer success and value delivery
