- Minimum of 18+ years' experience and extensive background in development and deliveringdigital projects and products
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation withprofessionalism.
- Proven experience in leadership and direction to the delivery teams.
- Ability in handling Operational issues related to the delivery center.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
