Job Overview

Senior Full Stack Trainer with 7-10 years of experience. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team. This is a full-time position, but we are also open to considering part-time or remote arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , and MongoDB.
• Experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on full stack development.
• Create instructional materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs.
• Conduct training sessions both in-person and remotely.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to trainees during the training process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of training content.
• Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their skills.
• Track training progress and provide reports to management.
