    Role:

    We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Analyst with a strong analytical and engineering focus to join our Marketing Optimization team as a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data science, and architecture teams to engineer robust solutions and deliver insightful omni-channel analyses. Your primary responsibilities will include constructing advanced dashboards, generating data-driven insights, and formulating recommendations for optimizing key customer journeys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Engineer and develop sophisticated reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and customer interactions.

    Implement AJO & CJA for constructing intricate customer journeys, focusing on analytical precision and engineering excellence.

    Identify and promptly address data discrepancies and quality issues using analytical methodologies.

    Conduct rigorous data analysis to extract insights, discern trends, and recognize patterns that drive strategic decision-making.

    Proactively pinpoint opportunities for enhancing customer experiences based on data insights and engineering principles.

    Maintain meticulous documentation of data processes, methodologies, and engineering-based analysis results.

    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the onshore team to comprehend the overall strategy and articulate analytical insights & engineering recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of similar or relevant work experience.

    Extensive hands-on experience with AEP/CJA workspace reports/dashboards, properties configurations, and analytical engineering.

    Proficient in using MS Office reporting tools with a focus on engineering data solutions.

    In-depth understanding of solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud and their integration with AEP, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

    Passion for digital strategy, digital transformation, and marketing automation with an emphasis on analytical problem-solving.

    Experience building dashboards using BI/viz. tools like Power BI / Tableau / Looker is desirable.

    Experience in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industry is a plus.
