    Our client, a prestigious global consulting firm, is on the lookout for a Retail Banking Value Proposition expert to lead a strategic initiative in Riyadh.

    The project, set to run for an initial duration of 4 months with potential for extension, aims to redefine the retail banking landscape by developing ground-breaking value propositions across all retail segments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

    This role is pivotal in ensuring the end client banks offerings stand out by delivering unique benefits and solutions currently unavailable in the KSA market.


    The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive analysis of existing practices to pinpoint challenges and gaps, interact with customers to identify needs and pain points, and conduct benchmarking against leading industry practices both locally and internationally.

    The goal is to introduce innovative products, services, and partnerships that drive engagement and offer competitive differentiation.

    Furthermore, this role encompasses the design of new processes to enhance customer experience, the creation and implementation of branding for new services, and collaboration with marketing teams on Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) campaigns.

    Effective project management and stakeholder coordination are essential to ensure successful implementation and transformation.

    What You Will Be Doing:


    • Developing value propositions for diverse retail segments, ensuring uniqueness and competitive edge in the KSA market.
    • Conducting baselining of existing practices to identify improvement areas.
    • Engaging with customers and analysing interactions across various channels to identify needs and pain points.
    • Benchmarking against leading practices in the industry on a local, regional, and international scale.
    • Identifying and developing new products, services, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement.
    • Designing and improving processes to upgrade customer experience.
    • Collaborating with marketing teams to design and implement branding and promotional campaigns for new services.
    • Project managing the implementation process and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful transformation.
    Your Background:


    • Experience: 1015 years of demonstrated expertise in retail banking value proposition development, with a strong background in market analysis, customer experience design, and competitive benchmarking.
    • Skills: Proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement, marketing collaboration, and strategic planning. Creative thinking and analytical skills to identify unique opportunities for differentiation are crucial.
    • Cultural Fit: Passionate about innovation in the banking sector, with a problemsolving mindset and the ability to thrive in fastpaced project environments.
    • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams.
    - Location: Riyadh, KSA. The project demands on-the-ground insights and collaboration.
