    We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Senior Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform to drive enhancements, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency across our enterprise-wide :

    Utilize your minimum 5 years of working experience with the ServiceNow platform to serve as a Developer/Mid-level Architect in a multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.

    Demonstrate proficiency in cloud scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSON, and Portal Scripting in Angular, along with expertise in CSS-based UX/UI design and development.

    Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with other internal/external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

    Analyze and evaluate the current ServiceNow implementation, including workflows, configurations, and integrations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

    Provide expert recommendations on best practices for process enhancements and optimizing ServiceNow functionalities to align with business objectives.

    Design and develop new ServiceNow forms and workflows for infrastructure provisioning, emphasizing user-friendly interfaces and efficient backend processes.

    Implement and configure ServiceNow integrations with other IT systems and business applications, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

    Lead the development and execution of testing plans to ensure new implementations and updates meet functional and performance standards.

    Stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities, features, and best practices, leveraging new technologies and methodologies for continuous improvement.

    Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies within all ServiceNow developments and integrations.

    Document all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations comprehensively for future reference and audits.

    Skills & Requirements :

    Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer/Mid-level Architect.

    Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, Portal Scripting in Angular, and CSS-based UX/UI design & development.

    Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation, including workflows, configurations, and integrations.

    Ability to analyze and identify areas of improvement within the current ServiceNow environment.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT and business stakeholders.

    Proven leadership abilities to lead development efforts and drive project success.

    Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
