    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. MarketResearch:
    Conduct comprehensive research on the Indian real estate marketincluding residential commercial and overalleconomy. Collect data on market trendspricing demand and supply factors. Identifykey market drivers and constraints influencing theindustry.
    2.Industry Trends andInsights: Stay updatedon regulatory changes government policies and economic factorsaffecting the real estate sector in India.Provide insights and recommendations based on market shifts andtheir potentialimpact.
    3.ReportGeneration: Createindepth research reports white papers and presentations forinternal and external stakeholders.Communicate findings in a clear and understandable manner cateringto various audiences. Share researchfindings and insights to drive strategicinitiatives.
    4.DataManagement: Maintain awellorganized database of real estate market information andhistorical data. Ensure data integrity andaccuracy in all analyses and reports.
    Qualifications:MBA/master s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Real Estate FinanceEconomics Business). (preferred) Experiencein real estate research and analysis preferably in the Indianmarket. Excellent communication andpresentation skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
