    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities :-

    • Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and dispatching departments.
    • Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, clients requirements, and financial planning.
    • Successfully drive and maintain high morale, employee engagement, safety and teamwork in a non-union facility.
    • Improve & Monitor cost productivity while ensuring all clients commitments are met in a timely, quality & compliant manner.
    • Maintain the highest standards of integrity and of quality for all production procedures.
    • Promote a working environment that empowers and inspires employee involvement to achieve excellence in productivity, clients service, quality, inventory .
    • Lead and engage organization to achieve goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction.
    • Provides the direction and necessary resources to establish safety and environmental performance that meets established goals for the Plant.
    • Interaction with administrative support, reviewing daily production, Quality, activities, including operating, billing, and inventory reports to determine changes that need to be made in the facility
    • Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed.
    • Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facility.
    • Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
    • Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of improvements.
    • Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality.
    • Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals.

    Desired Candidate Profile :-

    • Required Ten or more years of experience in plant operations. . Proven skills in leadership and supervision.
    • Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
    • Bachelors / Master's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business, engineering, or related field.
    • Required experience in Paper Industries, Plywood Industries And Paint Industries.
