HR-Recruiter
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
Design and implementation of recruitment strategy.
Develop job descriptions and post advertisements at job portals.
Sourcing profiles from job portals like Naukri India/Gulf, Monster India/Gulf, Search Cvs, Gulf Talent, Bayt .com
Carry out full life cycle recruiting including cold calling, pre-screening employees, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, initiating interviews
Initial screening and shortlisting of candidates via telephone based on both technical and communication skills
Maintaining Tracker- weekly plan & Review process
Coordinating package details with candidates & creating a base Vs expected comparative for Sr Management.
