    Digital Marketing Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

    Responsibilities:

    ⦁ Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).

    ⦁ Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

    ⦁ Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices of Content Development

    ⦁ Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website content.

    ⦁ Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.

    ⦁ Manage and grow the company's presence on various social media platforms.

    ⦁ Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.

    ⦁ Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

    ⦁ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

    ⦁ Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    ⦁ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

    ⦁ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize campaigns, im-prove ROI, and meet KPIs.

    ⦁ Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Google Ads, and incorporate them into campaign strategies.

    ⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to align marketing efforts and ensure campaign success.

    Requirements:

    ⦁ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field

    ⦁ Must have Experience In International Lead Generation.

    ⦁ Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

    ⦁ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

    ⦁ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    ⦁ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

    ⦁ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

    ⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ⦁ Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms are a plus.
