    City Head Sales - New Client Acquisition

    FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the City Head Sales - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a leader who can drive business growth in Pune.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :

    Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city.

    Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Leadership and Team Management :

    Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

    Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals.

    Client Relationship Management :

    Build new and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the city.

    Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

    Cross-functional Collaboration :

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Market Analysis and Reporting :

    Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

    Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.

    8+ years of strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.

    Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.

    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

    Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.

    Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

    Workdays : 6 days workweek

    Willing to travel extensively
