    Job Summary:
    We are currently seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent to meet our organizations staffing needs.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting candidates with exciting career opportunities.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
    Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.
    Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.


    Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, preferences, and motivations.
    Provide candidates with information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits.
    Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.


    Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    Gather feedback from hiring managers to assess candidate suitability and make informed decisions.


    Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
    Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed.
    Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

    Recruitment Administration:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and measure effectiveness.
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment.

    Requirements



    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting IT professionals.

    Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
