    Objectivesof thisRole
    Workclosely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of thecompany s hiring needs for each position and meet competitivehiring goals and expectationsManage the fullrecruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helpingmanagement find hire and retain qualitytalentGrow and foster hightouchrelationships with a database of qualified active and passivetalent to pull from as new positions open up Continuously partnerwith recruiting team and senior managers to design refine andimplement innovative recruiting strategies Stay active with currentwith job boards social networks and platforms to find talent andplan create and release job descriptions andannouncements
    Daily AndWeeklyResponsibilities
    Workand form relationships with internal management teams to know theins and outs of their departments and better understand theirhiring needs and job specifications Develop and release jobpostings on a platforms such as social media and job boards Utilizeknowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovativerecruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect fornew business Screen resumes and prospects qualify interview andmanage candidates throughout interview process from prepping beforeinterviews to assisting with final offer negotiation Maintain adatabase of candidate records including active and passiveprospects hired and fired employees and other candidaterelationshipsFollow up on interview processstatus and update records in internaldatabase
    Skills AndQualifications310 years experience inrecruitment or human resourcesExceptionalcommunication interpersonal and decisionmakingskillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Officedatabase management and internetsearchFamiliarity with job boards and HRsoftware databases and managementsystemsProven experience conducting varioustypes of interviews (i.e. phone videoetc.)PreferredQualificationsBachelor s degree in humanresource management (or relatedfield)Experience developing recruitingstrategyDesire to grow professionally withnetworking and ongoing trainingopportunities
