As an HRIS Specialist for Ashling Partners, you will be responsible for administering our Ceridian Dayforce system management, knowledge, employee document management, and service portal, as well as assisting with system enhancements and upgrades.

    What You Will Do:

    Data Management and Analysis:

    • Collect, update, and manage employee information in HRIS (Dayforce and Rippling)
    • Maintain accurate attendance records, insurance details, and shift data.
    • Perform data entry and updates with high accuracy and within specified timelines.
    • Ensure data completeness and integrity for generating reports and analysis.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Develop predictive models to forecast HR-related outcomes.
    • Create reports and compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
    • Develop queries, provides data feeds and various reports and statistical summaries of HR information. Identifies and develops additional reports

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process enhancement by analyzing data and providing data-driven.
    • suggestions.
    • Implement solutions to optimize HR operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Monitor the impact of process improvements on HR outcomes.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for all operational support issues related to Ceridian Dayforce.
    • Manage projects/process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
    • Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
    • Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies; continuously increases both HR knowledge and HR systems application/tools knowledge.

    Compliance and Communication:

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, and collaborate on audits, performs maintenance to include security, data entry, configuration, and routine auditing, partnering with peers in IT on SOC2 and other audits.
    • Generate and share regular compliance reports with HR and Executive leadership.
    • Collaborate with HR members and Business leaders to communicate data-driven insights and
    • updates effectively.
    • Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions.
    • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
    • Maintains awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies; continuously increases both HR knowledge and HR systems application/tools knowledge.

    What You Will Bring:

    • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree or in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a relevant field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proficiency in HRIS tools and hands-on experience implementing, updating, and utilizing HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce and Rippling).
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Power BI.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build effective working relationships with all levels of employees and work as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with HR operations, policies, and regulations.
    • Focused on constant improvement.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English.
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation, detail oriented, ability to provide service/remain focused and work independently to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve strict deadlines under pressure.
    • Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding HR data.
    • Onsite in Hyderabad office 5 days/week; daytime hours
