    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Kv HR Solutions. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing various human resources functions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Gandhidham, Gujarat, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and employee records are accurately maintained.
    • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Handle employee relations issues, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
    • Support the performance management process by coordinating performance reviews, providing guidance to managers, and facilitating employee development activities.
    • Assist in the compensation and benefits administration, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and managing benefits enrollment.
    • Coordinate and conduct HR training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Maintain employee records, data, and HR information systems, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with data protection laws.
    • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose effective solutions to improve HR processes and practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
