- Building and owning a comprehensive GTM strategy across multiple customer segments, sales channels and geographies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Driving endtoend marketing including product positioning, brand visibility, lead generation and sales development
- Enhancing performance of revenue generating functions through defined metrics and best practice sales processes and methodologies
- Championing a customeroriented approach to ensure a superior customer experience
- Owning marketing and sales elements of customer acquisition cost to ensure highest ROI for each product
- Developing comprehensive strategies for effective management and recovery of stressed accounts
- Providing regular reports to the leadership team on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives

- Founder experience in scaling up an organization from scratch
- Education and/or experience in the US would be advantageous
