1. Role – L&D Associate / Executive
2. Graduation – Any
3. Experience – 1 to 2 years (we are ok with Freshers with post-graduation like MBA, English, Psychology who are aspiring trainers)
4. Communication Level – B2 / C1 English

Roles

1. Ensure planned trainings are scheduled and completed
2. Take care of training metrics
3. Prepare behavioural and soft skills modules
4. Animate, Digitise, and prepare Innovative Learning Content
5. Ensure planned trainings are scheduled, and completed for new hires and freshers
6. Take care of Learning Management System along with the team
7. Collaborate and Learn with L&D team to handle next level trainings
8. Handle new hire orientation
9. Coordinate and conduct Employee engagement activities
10. Coordinate and be a part of HR engagements and initiatives
