Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and HR to forecast hiring needs ,
- Design and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top university/Tier 1 talent for internships and entry-level roles ,
- Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective talent acquisition ,
- Develop and monitor recruitment progress tracks statistics on key talent acquisition metrics reporting status to Business Partners HR Talent Acquisition Leadership systematically ,Actively participating in decision-making around funding of universities technical schools ,Integrating with broader international internship/apprenticeship activities programs ,Strong ability connect influence young professionals build rapport provide career guidance .
