    **Administrative Responsibilities**

    • To ensure adherence to and compliance with standard operating procedures at all times, driving standards from the Center Manager(s) while providing ownership value.

    Oversee achievement of budgeted sales targets every month, offering timely advice to teams to review strategies and close sales more effectively. Monitor consumption of products as per SOP and services executed at centers, ensuring FIFO policy adherence for product consumption/retail chain.

    • Collaborate with Zonal head and Corporate approval to review events/promotions planned, local ads released, and unique packages formulated to match various budgets, promoting VLCC as a slimming, beauty, and fitness (Wellness) brand.
    • Collect and analyze data on Centre level Marketing initiative/feedback, sending it to Head Marketing, Corporate, and Regional VP Operations.
    • Promote WOL, family card, or other promotional programs/schemes launched by Corporate from time to time.
    • Monitor SMS data/call centre escalated queries/alive chat mails or other marketing activities promoted by the marketing department.
    • Oversight monthly centre/team operations budget, reducing non-essential overhead costs without impacting quality of service.
    • Monitor effectiveness of yield/capacities in centres and systems, maximizing revenues and providing feedback to senior management.
    • Duty roster oversight: Identify staff capable of multitasking and send them for respective trainings for upgradation.
    • Mandatory monthly/staff meetings: Settle personnel grievances through rational/open meeting or use personal discretion to intervene directly.
    • Provide ongoing information/status reports to Regional Operations Head/Senior management team on financial/operational performance of centre(s) on a monthly basis.
    • Manage and maintain client records, attendance records, MIS reports, security arrangements, inventory control, and compliance to statutory obligations like PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.
    • Conduct regular checks to ensure upkeep is as per standard norms, hygiene, and sanitation conditions are par excellence, and machines are in working order.
    • Explain incentive plans/salary break-ups and coordinate with HR on timely distribution of salaries/incentives to centre staff.
    • Put forth recommendations to corporate office for centre renovation, relocation, termination of manpower, closure of certain sections, and discontinuing use of certain machines.
