    Job Description

    The Program Manager is responsible for the management and success of the Accor Plus loyalty Program for their regional offices (Pacific) through driving their team to meet/exceed sales targets as set by Accor Plus Head office.

    Managing Sales Performance:

  • Setting team targets daily on sales board that are challenging but achievable and in line with annual budget target requirements
  • Weekly employee sales action plan
  • Celebrate sales and wins with team and individuals daily
  • Motivates staff through daily meetings and initiating new ideas to keep staff driven and morale high
  • Delegating the AM for the fair distribution of leads to employees who are meeting NSE
  • Allocate staff for Assistant Manager (AM) to monitor, assess and evaluate sales performance and techniques (if applicable)
  • Monitor, assess and evaluate AM sales staff support (if applicable)
  • Tracking sales performance through effective use of all performance reports
  • Monitor Admins for the collection, collation, and distribution of all sales support information, both internal and external.
  • Monitor strict adherence to DNC regulation
  • Monitoring the performance of LPA in coordination with AM.
  • Client Relation Management:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with the General Manager and Key personnel of hotels in your programs region
  • Ensure customer feedback/requests are handled promptly and forwarded to
  • Notify head office of all ongoing hotel/member difficulties
  • Other Responsibility

  • Collate performance data using sales reports and (Loyalty Consultant/Renewalist)/or recruitment/occupancy data (AM)
  • Manage and track the programs ongoing expenses wages and petty in order to identify any inaccuracies
  • Manage and direct workload to administration staff to ensure accuracy and effective time management
  • Weekly and monthly sales presentation to the VP India & South Asia.

  • Ensuring that occupancy target and sales target are met.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales budget
  • Average overall 70% occupancy
