    Job Title: Accounts Executive

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. The Accounts & Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis, analyzing variances and trends.
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
    • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and tax filings.
    • Provide financial support and guidance to other departments, assisting with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and ensure data security.
    • Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and optimize financial performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
    • Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with a minimum of [number] years of experience.
