Job location: Gurgaon

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

● Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment/staffing company.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

● Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and exploring innovative digital marketing strategies.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

● Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
