Mission

Business France, service de l'Ambassade de France en Inde est l'agence nationale au service de l'internationalisation de l'économie française. Elle est chargée du développement international des entreprises et de leurs exportations, de la prospection et de l'accueil des investissements internationaux en France et de communiquer autour de l'attractivité de la France.

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de pôle Industries & Tech basé à Bangalore, vous intégrerez une équipe multiculturelle, experte et engagée, qui a le goût du challenge et l'envie de réaliser des objectifs ambitieux. Vous participerez activement au rayonnement et au développement de la Tech française en Inde

L'équipe Industrie & Tech est répartie sur 4 villes (New Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore, Chennai), et composée de 7 personnes, chacune en charge de secteurs d'activité propres. Elles réalisent des prestations de conseil sur-mesure pour accompagner le développement de nos clients français en Inde dans les secteurs de la mobilité, énergie, infrastructure, tech . Cet accompagnement prend la forme d'études de marché, de prospection, de recherche de partenaires ou d'investisseurs, de participation à des salons, etc.

Principales responsabilités

Vous accompagnerez le Chef de pôle dans la coordination de l'activité de l'équipe, la préparation des rendez-vous et des visites de sites, ainsi que la veille sectorielle. Vous travaillerez aussi directement avec les autres membres de l'équipe dans la préparation d'évènements tels que des missions de délégations d'entreprises en Inde, la participation à des salons, l'organisation d'ateliers de travail ou de cocktails ou déjeuners de networking.

Le support que vous apporterez pourra être d'ordre administratif, commercial, communication ou logistique.

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de pôle vos missions seront de :

Réaliser des supports de communication ppt, vidéo, adobe pour soutenir les missions du Chef de pôle et les activités de son équipe

Rédiger des notes en préparation de visites de sites ou de rendez-vous avec l'écosystème franco-indien

Participer à des rendez-vous, des visites ou des salons et en rendre compte

Participer à l'organisation logistique d'évènements : salon professionnel, évènement networking, mission d'entreprises en Inde

Réaliser des livrables de fin de mission

Identifier et contacter de potentiels clients ou partenaires pour nos clients français

L'assistant communication et évènementiel pourra par ailleurs se voir confier d'autres missions.

Profil

Français et anglais

Stage de fin d'étude ou césure de Master

Maîtrise avancée des suites Microsoft et Adobe

Expérience réussie en communication et/ou évènementiel

Orienté résultats

Capacité à travail rapidement, sous pression

Dates de stage : Janvier – Juin 2024

Gratification et obligations :
Stage conventionné par un établissement supérieur français – indemnité légale de stage
Le candidat devra disposer d'une solution d'hébergement à Bangalore (Business France ne prend pas en charge le logement).
