How will you do it?

Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up to convert inquiries into orders.
Calculate margins and coordinate with sales and management teams for pricing and negotiation.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing basic technical advice.
Drive proactive sales of products and services through phone and online channels.
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective commercial activities.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry in ERP/SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce).

This role requires:

Proactive commercial attitude with strong goal orientation.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Basic technical aptitude related to fire safety products.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Awareness of organizational context and ability to work collaboratively.
3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Support roles, preferably in the Fire Safety or related industry.
