    Logistics Operation Manager

    Job description

    Role & responsibilities

    • Develop and implement streamlined logistics processes to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of water cans to our valued customers.
    • Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to monitor and maintain the quality of water cans, utilizing IoT technology and sensors to uphold our high standards.
    • Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
    • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of operations and logistics.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and environmental guidelines.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, highlighting challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Responsibility for billing, profit and loss, and contract renewals for applicable clients
    • Ensure client satisfaction and superb relations
    • Publish metrics measuring client, team, and individual performance
    • Manage staffing
    • Surface and implement productivity improvements
    • Identify and manage technological advancements
    • Facilitate prompt issue resolution
    • Supervise directly and indirectly employees in regards to:
    • Time sheets and time off
    • Performance reviews and Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
    • Support marketing efforts such as article publications, launching campaigns
    • Actively participate in sales, marketing, and business development

    What you will do everyday:

    • Onboard high quality driver partners and vendors
    • Ensure that they are well trained, processdriven and customercentric
    • Ensure delivery on SLAs promised to the customer
    • Restore operations to normalcy when things break
    • Hire, coach and mentor a team of Supervisors
