Experience: 3+ years in sales
CTC: LPA
Qualification: Minimum a bachelor's degree in any discipline (any degree) or Business management is preferred
Roles and responsibilities:
B2B Sales Role
As a B2B salesperson, he shall be responsible for generating institutional leads and meeting his sales targets. Duties shall include prospecting, networking, presenting to potential customers and managing the sales process from prospecting to closure. This means identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management. In order to be successful in this role, he shall have previous experience in a sales role and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
B2B Sales Responsibilities
1. Position holder will be an individual contributor
2. Identifying new business opportunities
3. Generating leads
4. Qualifying prospects
5. Developing relationships with potential customers
6. Negotiating and closing deals
7. Maintaining ongoing account management
8. Achieving sales targets
9. Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures
10. Daily 4-5 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite
