    Experience: 3 Years

    Location: Chennai (3 days WFH, 2 Days WFO)

    Shift: 6AM - 3PM

    NP: Immediate Joiners Only

    MANDATORY SKILLS: E-commerce, catalog, Product listing.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an E-commerce Product Specialist to oversee our online platform's operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various aspects of the platform, from product listings to technical troubleshooting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Perform the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality.

    2. Learn the new updates from the various integration platforms and operate it smoothly.

    3. Review and approve vendor-submitted product listings on Marketplacer, ensuring they meet the platform's standards.

    4. Maintain and update the product catalog for consistency and optimal presentation.

    5. Collaborate with the onsite team and vendors to clarify any discrepancies or missing information in product submissions.

    6. Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, as well as enhance website performance and user experience.

    7. Assist the E-commerce Manager in implementing digital strategies.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopify Plus and Marketplacer.

    3. Experience in e-commerce platforms, vendor management, catalog listing, bulk mailings, campaign management.

    4. Strong attention to detail.

    5. Technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

    6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    7. Proactive problem-solving abilities.

    8. Familiarity with the health and wellness sector is a plus.
