Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PGT English teacher at Delhi Public School Gaya, located in Gaya. The responsibilities include teaching English to higher secondary students, designing lesson plans, preparing and delivering lectures, assessing and reporting on students' progress, and assisting them in improving their language and literature skills. The candidate will also be involved in conducting language training sessions and participating in school events and activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and ability to foster learning and literary skills
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage students
• Capability in Translation to aid diverse student understanding when necessary
• Experience in Customer Service and Training to build strong relationships and facilitate skill development
• Post-graduate degree in English, with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
