    Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect potential enterprise customers in the Telecom/SaaS sector within the Tier-1 Metro city region. Conduct thorough research and gather market intelligence to understand customer needs, pain points, and business requirements.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
    • Qualify leads and schedule meetings by effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our Telecom/SaaS solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
    • Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads to maximize conversion rates and accelerate sales opportunities.
    • Track and document all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software to maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

    • Excellent prospecting, networking, and lead generation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior-level executives and build lasting relationships.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
    • Residing in a Tier-1 Metro city, with knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
